Why we exist

Built around the connection between strategy and execution.

Data Partners was created for work that does not fit neatly into a strategy engagement or an implementation project. The most consequential Data & AI challenges require both: clarity about what the organization is trying to change and enough proximity to delivery to make that direction useful.

We combine senior advisory, hands-on delivery and deep data expertise. Depending on the challenge, we help shape the direction, design products and platforms, work alongside delivery teams and build the operating capability needed to sustain progress.

Founder & CEO

Yael Geter founded Data Partners to help organizations navigate the point where Data & AI ambition meets the realities of business, technology and execution. She works with senior leaders and teams to shape transformation, design practical paths forward and turn strategic choices into capabilities that work.

Her approach brings together business context, data strategy, architecture, product thinking and organizational change — with a consistent focus on connecting direction to delivery.

Nimrod Shenhav

CTO

Nimrod Shenhav leads the technical side of Data Partners’ work — the architecture, platforms and engineering choices that decide whether a direction can actually be delivered. He works alongside client teams on data foundations, delivery practices and the systems that have to keep running once a transformation is live.

His focus is making architectural decisions that hold up under real use: enough structure to scale, enough pragmatism to ship, and enough clarity that the teams who inherit the work can own it.
